Now is the best time to start and progress through 2018. If you work out, now is a good time to change up your routine and get out of that plateau.

Cold weather makes you want to stay in and eat. Make sure that hunger is satisfied with plenty of nutritionally dense foods. Try and increase the number of fruits and vegetables this year and lay off the sugars, if you’re looking for a challenge try going vegan for 30 days or even intermittent fasting.
Never tried it? Make this year be the year of change and try it out. It’s quick and easy. Just relax, breathe, and calm your mind. Try and clear your thoughts, it’s hard in the beginning because your mind is full of racing thoughts. Give yourself a few minutes of silence and ease your tension.
